Kemetic Yoga

Kemetic Yoga is the Ancient Egyptian system of Yoga based upon the practice of physical movements combined with controlled deep breathing and meditation. Kemetic Yoga is a healing and regenerative yoga system that is characterized by a series of geometrically progressive postures that creates alignment of the spinal column and corrects defects in the skeletal muscular system in order to relieve stress, increase circulation and allow internal life force energy and cerebral spinal fluid to flow more efficiently and abundantly throughout the entire body.

  Cardio Drumming is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant
simulated drumming. One of a kind workout for ALL levels. Burning between
400 -900+calories, strengthen & sculpt infrequently used muscles.
Drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique; all while rocking out to your favorite music!
Easy to follow cardio moves with strength training & drumming. This combo works the entire body,
raises the heart rate to a fat-burning zone, and forces each move to be as precise as a basic beat!


Please bring the following to class:
Water & Towel, Exercise ball 5’5” to 6’0” - 65 cm or 39 ½ in. is the best size
Toy bin, bucket or laundry basket & drum sticks.
